What does '20% commission' mean on the Free plan?
When a brand hires an influencer through the platform, Next Level Influencer adds a 20% platform fee on top of the influencer's rate. The influencer receives 100% of their quoted rate — the brand pays the platform fee. A 3% payment processing fee also applies to all transactions on all plans.
Why does the commission drop with higher plans?
Agencies on paid plans are committed partners. In exchange for their monthly subscription, they get significantly reduced commission rates — down to 3% on Agency Pro and 0% on all White-Label plans. The monthly fee replaces the commission revenue.
Is the white-label platform truly separate from NexLvel?
Absolutely. Your white-label platform runs on your own domain with your own branding. Your clients will never see the NexLvel name. You keep 100% of your deal margins — only the 3% processing fee applies.
What happens when I exceed my influencer limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next tier. Your existing roster and campaigns remain fully active — we'll never cut off your access mid-campaign.
